Nose: spice and etoh are very forward. Past that is chocolate and light fruity bites. Mouthfeel: nice and viscous with a good coat that comes on slow punches later and ends easy but a bit dry Pallet: a light grainy note comes first which then quickly develops into a rich and complex medley of chocolate, rich oak, finishing slightly metallic

Nose: Creamy, not overpowering at all, cinnamon, vanilla, oddly - young oak. Superficial: Medium viscosity, great coat, long dry finish, medium linger. Pallet: Up front oak, sweet vanilla, cinnamon, raisins or stone fruit. Overall: balanced spice and complexity. Maybe a bit dry

Nose:Vanilla, oak and light citrus. Superficial: Medium viscosity, medium-long finish, longgg lingering taste. Pallet: Citrus, vanilla, over oaked and tannic.
