N - dark chocolate, caramel, baking spices P - sweet cherries followed by spices, typical Booker’s heat F - nice smooth finish with a little bite going down Beautiful rye, my favorite. Do not ever pass down the opportunity if given - these aren’t around for much longer

Sipped neat Dark chocolate, floral nose. Bite up front, mellows out, fruity and floral almost like Buffalo Trace. Heat going down, can tell it’s a barrel proof. Worth the try/price at retail

Arguably one of, if not the, best rye I’ve had to date. Mellow heat throughout but tons of flavor with a finish that just keeps on giving. The price is the only set back like others stated. If you can try it do yourself a favor and go for it

Tastes exactly like the 2012+ yellow label lot 40 except enormously smoother.

N - 123 proof for sure, pepper, floral P - spicy but it evolves into something sweet, oaky and floral F - Floral, nothing too huge, little bit of kick going down Very complex rye, if you get the chance to try it don’t pass it up

Nose- Oak, earthy, you can definitely tell there’s age Palate- Sweet, light honey, plenty of oak, small bit of ash Finish- Very smooth as expected, oak trail, not a harsh finish at all Surprisingly lots of flavors for a 27 year, if you get the opportunity don’t pass it up

Nose - Sweet and floral, light char Palate - Fruity and oily. Very light, so many flavors. Finish - Salted caramel trail, little bit of char Very good, solid choice if you can find it

Nose - Sweet and floral, apple pie Palate - an onset of rich flavors, sweet caramel, vanilla, and dark chocolate up front. Baked apple pie, maybe even hints of cherry with trailing spices. Oily and small heat. Finish - Very smooth and easy to drink neat. Spicy finish, very rich and long aftertaste. No surprise here, reminds me of a rich Weller 12. Lives to the hype, don’t pass it up if you get the chance

Solid for the cost, will keep this stocked on my shelf as a daily drinker. Sweet and smooth, easy to drink neat.

Nose - Dark chocolate and caramelized sugar Palate - Rich and fiery immediately, a lot more heat than the rest of the Booker’s I’ve had. Typical oily and slight taste of nuts/butterscotch, sweet trail and a mixture of spices the whole way through What a pleasure to be able to taste (thanks to a Jim Beam employee), absolutely worth the money for a pour - don’t pass it up!
