About 6 weeks after the nevk pour, this really opened up. Slightly more subdued than their SB bourbon, the taste and flavor is softer, and rounded. Mild pralines is present, and baking slices come through nicely. No banana or peanut that you see from some of the big bits in the industry (not a. Knock- this is just different). The 100 proof really makes this an easy drinker. The finish leaves your tongue a bit dry, begging for another sip.

Vanilla and toffee on nose, light char aspects. Flavor hits with a spicy rye that brings it full circle. Mouthfeel is coating, but fades quickly, inviting another sip. All around winner.

Citrus- orange pith, and black pepper. Low oak. Moderate caramel. Pale orange in color. Very nice easy drinker.
