Sweet fruity taste going in with a predominate cherry note and a lot of heat going on. Once you add a few drops of water, the heat cuts down a notch while a more deep complex cherry flavor come out to the forefront.

It’s a nice tasting smooth bourbon, but I’m left wanting more, especially for this price

Vanilla, mint, brown sugar and confectioners sugar. The first sip was sweet and smooth, then was next sip is a perfect spice bomb. This alternate with each sip too! This reminds me of the Russell’s SiB a tad bit (both Wild Turkey products of course), and that is one of my go-to drinks.

In addition to the vanilla and oak, the second maturation adds a chocolate note with a sweet marshmallow-y finish

The peat is nice but I wished the finish was a tad bit smoother

Very smooth vanilla and caramel with a slight hint of heat that leaves a nice oily finish. A drop of water opened up more heat and spices.

Add water to this to open up the flavors! After doing so: citrus, caramel, & black cherries.
