Light caramel nose. Spicy initial flavor that mellows to a nice smooth caramel/vanilla/oak finish. I liked it better with a little time on a rock.

Slight heat at first taste which goes away once the ice melts. Banana initially, then gets smooth and sweet. Not too sweet. Nice finish.
