Tastes

Heavy fruited nose - raisins, citrus, cream. Subtle fruity and grain flavors on the palate. Roasted vegetable flavors, with simple grains and slight peppery finish. Simple sipping speyside, nothing spectacular but not offensive.

Very light color. Lightly plated nose, with treacle, stone fruits, light brine. Peat up front, elongates with smooth brine and light vegetal notes. Aftertaste of a sour ashy flavor that ends confusingly. A simple dram, not as impressive as the langskip.
