Mash bill: 85% corn, 10% rye, 5% barley I see this in goody and specs. It dies not seem to be too rare Nose: caramel, plum, very pleasant floral, pepper, a bit of green grass, no notable oak or vanilla, bread came and go quickly, smoother than Elijah and more edgy than Weller. Oak shows up after 5 mins Palate: sweet, oak, licorice, Balance: less candied cherry, less complex than EC, still multi dimension Finish, lingering sweet, mouth coated with pleasant mixed floral and fruit, citrus

My first wheated bourbon. Found this in total wine, bought a 1 land 1.75 l, intend to use this as my sip and mix whiskey Mash bill: 85% corn, 10% wheat, 5% barley Nose: rounded, sweeten cherry, dried fruit, pepper, little wood, overall fewer characters than Elijah Craig Palate: coating mouth without alcohol burn, sweet, vanilla,umei, well balanced

My benchmark bourbon Mash bill: 78% Corn, 10% Rye, 12% barley Nose: caramel, sweet corn, cough medicine persists (candied cherry, do not like it too much), barely detectable nut, pepper, finish with oak Palate: still practicing taste, too much alcohol for now, first time bitter (stay too long in the back of tongue), diluting with water helps; second time better. After sampling a cheap $20 blended cowboy whiskey, I appreciate EC’s Co complexity much more Finish: long, 1-2 mins, coating mouth Balance: complex, layers of flavor, wood residual fragrance at the bottom of glass
