Appearance: light straw. Nose: strong confectionary smell, like Jordan almonds Taste: definitely get the Jordan almonds with lychee fruit. Slight vanilla flavor. Really different from other whiskies I’ve tried. Best I can liken it too is a candied Irish whiskey, but not cloying sweet. Nice for summer time. Would be happy to have this around.

Appearance: copper and high viscosity Nose: delicate, moderate age, cinnamon, anise, vanilla, caramel, dried apricots Taste: medium proof, medium body, peat, slightly salty with a medium finish

2018 release Appearance: copper with high viscosity Nose: fig, raisin, dried apricots, cardamom, vanilla, brown sugar Palate: intense with slight smoke, buttered popcorn, burnt toffee, plum, and a quick finish Water added and creme brûlée flavor come out. Nice dessert Scotch

Appearance: amber with high viscosity Nose: intense with light band-aid smoke, clove, pears, black pepper Demerara sugar Palate: high proof, sharp, rich, sweet smoke, black tea Sweetens when added water

Appearance: gold-Amber color with medium viscosity Nose: delicate, moderate age with caramel, honeysuckle, strawberry pop tart, pencil eraser, light band aid smoke Palate: salty, sweet, sour, jammy, green apple Great Scotch!

Appearance: golden with heavy viscosity Nose: baked apple, cardamom, grapefruit, salted caramel, lime, anise, lemon, orange, pine Palate: sharp yet creamy. Citrusy

Appearance: gold to amber with higher than expected viscosity from a 46% Nose: clove, leather, butterscotch, sherry, rich earth Palate: sweet and slightly salty, medium for full body. Does not benefit from adding water Great value, and a nice dessert scotch

Notes for the 2018 edition which is 56.5% Appearance: pale straw and high viscosity Nose: powerful, youthful, light smoke, tobacco, leather, vanilla, fig, cereal, lemon, geranium, ripe banana, apple, and oak Palate: salty, bitter, high proof, sharp with a short to medium finish and low to medium complexity. Not unpleasant though. Adding water brings out the barley cereal-grain character. Really pleasant with water

Appearance: amber to gold with medium viscosity. Nose sweet caramel, pear Pleasant but not worth the price

Appearance: pale straw with light charcoal sediment and high viscosity. Nose: Intense, harsh, and youthful for and 11yr. Black pepper, rubbing alcohol, band aid peat, anise, and some faint sweet notes of caramel and raisin from the sherry cask Palate: salty, bitter with a piercing sharpness. High proof with no balance and a short finish thankfully. Really unpleasant
