Day 4: worthers butterscotch and caramel on the nose with hints of fruit and vanilla in slight amounts. The palate salty with spices of rye and char. It's a bourbon and a good one.

Sugar cookies and spices apple opens day 3 of the whisky Advent calendar. Palate has acid tones that compliment the woodness. For a sweet dram, it finishes spicey.
