Nose - Molasses, oak, peanuts, leather Taste - brown sugar, molasses, nutty, smokey, reminds me of bbq

Nose - Salted caramel, floral, nutty, oak Taste - Oaky, floral, not as sweet as nose would have you believe

Nose - Citrus, Pepper, Leather, Blackcurrant Taste - Blackcurrant, Pepper, very similar to how it is on nose. A very subtle honey sweetness.

Nose - Cherries, candied red fruit, vanilla, plums, some oak Taste - more oak than on the nose, vanilla ice cream with dried cherries in it, red velvet cake, a little hotter than it should be at 88.9 proof but not much

Nose - caramel, oranges, grapefruit Taste - wheaty, toasted bread, oranges, butter, a little nutty, sweet profile

Nose - Peaches and cream, vanilla, citrus, very ripe pear Taste - syrupy citrus, maybe some orange bitters, peppery

Nose - Oak, Floral, Butterscotch, Fresh Leather Taste - Young, Floral, Citrus, medium mouth feel

Nose - Citrus, brown sugar, oak, plum Taste - Mouth feel is on the thin side, has that spice mix I associate Wild Turkey profile - vanillas, cinnamons, etc. I feel like this a proofed down WT101 that is slightly oakier, so if you like the WT profiles with some wood notes this is for you. I think its a decent entry level bourbon for drinkers who can't yet handle higher proofs.

Nose - Vanilla, cinnamon, brown sugar, citrus Taste - Light brown sugar, vanilla, pepper spice, apple pie

Nose - Oak, red fruit, plum, brown sugar, overall nose gives me strong pinot noir notes Taste - Strong oak notes, not as sweet as it smells, some red fruit, some burn but not too hot. Drinks like a rye - think of a slightly sweeter Sagamore Rye Double Oak with a much higher proof.
