Tastes

Nose - Caramel, brown sugar, banana, some notes of red fruit jam, little bit of oak Taste - Something like a butterscotch flavor, tastes young, but easy to drink. Medium-thin mouth feel, I was expecting something more velvety.

Nose - Apple pie spice, tropical fruit notes, some fresh cut wood notes Taste - Very smooth, no ethanol taste or burn, getting very sweet notes yet sour as well, it does have some characteristic rye spice, but I find this very citrusy and floral

Nose - Caramelized banana, creamed corn, butter, hint of oak notes Taste - Peanut butter banana sandwich, heavy on the banana. Burn is there for the proof, but still drinks fairly smooth

Nose - Strong vanilla, some cinnamon, white bread Taste - Toasted bread with butter, rye spice, has a vanilla sweetness to it but it definitely smelled a lot sweeter than it tasted.

Nose - Cherries, raspberries, dark brown sugar, lemons. There is a note that reminds me of blueberry lemonade. Taste - Dark brown sugar, wood notes that are not necessarily oak (think maple), some citrus, has an earthiness to it. Definitely was expecting a fruitier flavor based on the nose but instead was pleasantly surprised with a very deep, mature flavor.

Nose - Banana, dark brown sugar, malted chocolate, caramel Taste - Dark brown sugar, burnt caramel, beefy savory flavor

Nose - Oak, citrus, vanilla Taste - Pretty much what you get on the nose is what you get in taste, maybe with an added light brown sugar. Not a ton of flavor, finish is fast, good entry level bourbon that isn't overly sweet.

Nose - Vanilla, milk, bananas Taste - Red gummy bear flavor, vanilla, not much banana which was a surprise, this is a smooth sipper and really solid in its profile all the way through

Nose - Thanksgiving candle, oak, cinnamon Taste - Peppery spice, Thanksgiving seasonings, underlying cinnamon sugar sweetness on the finish but no doubt that this is a rye whiskey

Nose - Oak is very strong, cherry liqueur, hint of black licorice Taste - Very smooth, oak, cherries, creme brulee, has dessert whiskey qualities but is viscosity is thin enough to enjoy at any time of day.
