Tastes

I taste the sawdust, reminds me of wood shop. This is strong stuff, burns on the way down. The flavor is subtle and hard to pin down. Spicy with a a bit of sweet finish. Unsure of this bottle but it’s not bad. I received some ice molds in my stocking and the character of this changes quite a bit. The burn is tempered and the flavors are muted but sweet. A good sipper with ice!

Spicy and sweet. Corn and brown sugar with a hot finish.

I bought a bottle as this was my first bourbon. It caught my eye as being darker in color than I remember. This bottle was fruity reminding me of bananas foster. Delicious and what I judge other bourbons against

Light and easy drinking. Vanilla popcorn no burn great with little to no ice. Subsequent glasses reveal a sweet finish . I'd recommend a bottle to a new enthusiast.

This has much more nose and taste than the makers I finished before this bottle. I liked it quite a bit.
