Tastes

Nose: Garrison bros is very distinct. Smells sweet, oatmeal. Mix between uncooked oats and the heating pad(rice) oatmeal smell. Taste: long after taste, can definitely taste the corn and mash. It has a bread taste. The smell and taste is unique to TX bourbons, specifically Balcones.

Nose: smelled banana/banana nut bread right off the bat. Slight pepper, caramel. Palate: spicier than it smelt, really nice, sweet and light. The pepper was up front, followed by sweetness.
