Tastes

Nose - Beautiful nose of caramel vanilla and zesty fruit notes. Spice notes that are very pleasing. Little bit of cherry Palate - Very very smooth. Nice sweet notes right off the bat that morph into a great barrel spices and leather. Delicious charred oak on the back. Finish - Medium finish that leaves a great mouthfeel. No burn on tongue and a mild hug. Overall great bourbon. Like taking the small batch and smoothing and balancing it out

Nose - very nice wood and fruit notes. Pretty inviting. Some vanilla and citrus in there too. Palate - Very warm and spicy bourbon. Sweetness hides behind the spice but is noticeable. Oaky. Finish - Nice finish. Pretty long with oak and cherry notes. Pretty oily with a nice mouthfeel.

Nose - Very strong ethanol upfront that develops into a delicious typical bourbon smell. Nice wood notes that hide a faint sweetness. Palate - Solid oak and char notes that leave a great mouthfeel. Very rich buttery notes. Hides the sweet behind the spice. Finish - Salty and spicy finish that lingers in the back of the throat. Lingers a bit but not a long finish. Water cuts most of the spice and brings out the slight sweetness for a very

Nose - a lot of spices and fruit on the nose. Very pleasant Palate - very solid leather and oak taste. Very nice spice level. Overall great quality bourbon taste that’s easy to drink Finish - very strong feel but easy going down. Very nice

Nose - little ethanoly. Some orange and cherry sweetness. Maybe a little maple or caramel. Palate - very nice oak notes. Some initial fruit then leather and oak. Very solid bourbon tastes. Medium spices. Finish - very smooth and easy going down. Very nice all over tingle and mouthfeel.

Nose - sweet and fruity. Very mild nose. Water releases a little bit of maple sweetness. Palate - very nice oak and char tastes. Little bit of fruit. Hint of corn. Very rich. Medium spice. Finish - nice easy finish. Pretty smooth. Barrel notes and a little chocolate. Nice mouthfeel that tingles the tongue.

Heavy spice for me. Shoe polish and leather taste. Intriguing. Finish - Very warm going down. Pretty long finish. Long hug.

Nose - I get ethanol, dark chocolate, and cherries to start. Palate - Very nice initial spice. Slight oak taste. Nice cherry note that I almost missed. Finish - Smooth going down: only slightly warm on the throat. Tingles the tongue. Minor pepper finish. Mixed With Coke - Great Taste! Mixed over half bourbon to coke and was still incredibly smooth. Little bit of cherry taste available in the coke.
