Taste: Viscous palate, heavy and dense: mocha, ginger, maple, creme brulee hits over and over with an undertow of blackberry reduction, vanilla, toffee and black pepper. Finish: Woody and deep on the finish with gobs of vanilla bean, toffee, cola, currant, fig, black pepper, ginger, cocoa and spice. Overall: The depths beckon.
