Tastes

soft on the palate, very smooth and easy to get down. no burn; no hold in breath either which is quite cool. quite hydrating and not dry at all. a small sweet aftertaste with a little hints of wild berries, doesn’t sit on the tongue too long and is quite not super well balanced. it’s still nice, but doesn’t make me think it’s the best whiskey i’ve tried. overall, a good whiskey to have on a cold winter’s night by the fire.
