Tastes

Vanilla, honey, tart fruit, pear, charred oak. Craziest thing, though. After drinking it, I poured a splash of water in the glass and drank it. At that point, the glass smelled exactly like waffles & maple syrup. Pretty cool to catch that. Sláinte!

Solid. Reminds me of a highlands meets Irish.

Hot. Young. Fiery. Still prefer Evan Williams as a budget option, but this has some solid oaky, citrusy, molasses notes.

Hot. Too hot. Needs a bit more time in the barrel.

Spice. Sweet. Vanilla. Caramel. A little hot. Powerful. Coats the mouth. Citrus. Very, very good. Superb whiskey.

Hot. Feisty. Oak. Caramel. Honey. Sweetness. Fire. Leather. Peanuts.

Great whisky. A little warm. Nicely smokey, sort of like an islands. Beautiful.

Fun whiskey. Definitely unique with the Bavarian hops/malts. Really interesting, with a crisp and slightly sweet note. Well done!

Typical Irish whiskey fruitiness. Honey. Slight pepper.
