Sweet and salty. A synthetic strawberry on the tongue. Not particularly long, but pleasant. Previous bourbons I've tried have really put me off American whiskeys, so at least this offers a new variety. Will delve a little more!

Ooh I like this one. Quite Irish. Sweet and spicy. Honey, a little vanilla, a bit of grapefruit. Very pleasant Tabbaco notes. This one will be entering my cabinet.

Nice on the nose - sweetened nail polish if you will. Tastes like actual nail polish on the tongue. Good for sterilising blades, but I'd avoid consuming.

You could be walking through a tobacco plantation. Or sitting in a cigar room. One for those who like the smokey peaty taste of heaven. Very fruity too. Can't wait to tuck into this on a horrible wet day in front of the fire.

Note.....tasting with semi blocked nose....so the below could all be BS! Lol Cinnamon and pepper on the nose - solid peat on the tongue with liquorice and apple on the palette. Was expecting a lot worse.
