Tastes

Appearance: Amber tending a bit more orange Nose: Frosted Flakes. Blend of sweet and corn. Bit of vanilla. First Impressions. Char, bit of a burn for low proof, vanilla even more muted but still sweet. Oak. Finish: Oak coming on stronger with a lingering smoke. Lasts a fair bit. Overall, a nice middle road. Can stand on its own but won’t get lost in cocktails.

Nose: Vanilla, butterscotch , and a fruity sweetness. First impressions: Smoky but balanced by a fruit, citrus. Faint grain. Smooth and easily drinkable. Finish: Smoke. Does not linger.

Christmas Gift. Sweet nose. Sugar and fruit(orange/apple) and some warm undertone that I can't quite place. Spice and oak on palate with a follow through on sweetness. Warm finish that doesn't linger.

Sweet vanilla and oak. Mild over all. Pretty middle of the road.

Carmel. Sweet and fruity. Bit dark on the end.
