San Jose's 10th Street Distillery STR Cask is a non-peated American single malt whisky made with domestic 2-row barley. It's double distilled in copper pot stills, non-chill filtered, and made with mineral-rich snowmelt from the Sierra Mountains.
Maturation is done in STR casks which have gone through the Shave-Toasted-Re-charred process. The whisky is bottled at 92 proof.

Tasting Notes
"Peanut brittle as well as trail mix with sugary dried fruits appear on the nose, along with vanilla, toffee, and molasses. The palate showcases barrel char, grain, hay, astringent oak, lemon peel, and burnt caramel. The finish is short and spicy, with black pepper and cloves, as well as dark chocolate syrup and leather. "
