Crafted by Master Distiller & Blender Kimio Yonezaya, this dry gin is made with traditional and Japanese botanicals including angelica, coriander, juniper, sencha, yuzu, shisho leaf, ume, and sansho pepper. It also features a splash of sake distillate in its makeup.
The gin is named after the 135° east meridian that crosses Akashi City in Hyōgo prefecture. .
