1792 Cognac Cask Finish
1792 Cognac Cask Finish is made at Barton 1792 Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky using the same high-rye mash bill, fermentation & distillation process as 1792 Small Batch Bourbon. After its initial maturation, it's placed into cognac casks for at least six months for finishing. These barrels were placed on the top floors of the rickhouses to intensify aging and wood interaction due to the higher temperatures.
This is the first cask-finished expression to be added to the brand's permanent portfolio. Available beginning September 2025 nationwide. (SRP $37.
