Barton 1792 Distillery is releasing its first ever straight rye expression. Rather than using a neutral yeast, Master Distiller Ross Cornelissen used the brand's signature bourbon yeast, blended with rye grains sourced from Canada, Europe, and the northern United States. It is bottled at 100 proof.
It launched in select markets in July 2026. (SRP $39.99).

RyeRye produced in the US must be made of at least 51% rye and it must be aged in new, charred oak barrels (no age requirement). Elsewhere, it will be made according to the country of origin's rules regarding the recipe and minimum aging.
