1792 Small Batch Bourbon

A slightly above average sipper.

Can’t get over the part that tastes like chocolate covered cherries. The bottle itself is a little presumptuous but the juice is solid. Much better after it rests on the shelf a week or two after opening.

I'm liking this bourbon a lot. It's got bite from beginning to end, the nose is sweet, finish is nice and warm, the bite is subtle but consistent throughout. The taste has berries and vanilla, and what seems to me like a slight metallic licorice to it. Very good and interesting overall.
