Tasting Notes
"Intriguing aromas of sweet toasted breakfast cereal, dried fruits, dill, thyme, cinnamon, and fresh pears form the nose. The palate is almost akin to a fruity Speyside Scotch flavor profile, with stewed fruits, honey, raspberry, and marshmallow (icing sugar). A swatch of green apple tartness cuts the sweetness, along with a handful of sweet and sharp spices. This full-bodied whiskey goes down with a fruity and soft finish. The fruitiness would certainly make this whiskey an ideal base for richer stirred cocktails like Manhattans. "
