1792 Small Batch Bourbon

This is a great every day, drink in a highball, or sit and sip type expression for me. I'm not including much detail about flavor profiles, notes, and finish because as of right now, my Bourbon/Whiskey pallet is still pretty underdeveloped with more than 50 tracked tastings, but less than 100 as of 2022. (That's not all consumed, just all appreciated outside of shots and mixers)

Smooth and crisp

Nose: cherry, apple, leather Palate: cinnamon at first, followed by sweet cherry and crisp apple. Followed by leather and oak tannins. Overall, delicious. It’s sweet and fresh on the nose, sweet on the palate, and has a flash of heat to finish it. For the price, certainly worth the experience.

Good everyday sipper. Low burn but hard to smell anything but alcohol. After a while some of the aromas come through faintly. The dominant one for me is leather, which I do like. Great supper too with a little bit of water.

Had it with ice in Louisville good but hard to asses
