1835 Texas Bourbon

I got a strong note of caramel in the nose. The finish was very smooth with hints of vanilla & oak. A very sippable whiskey that I definitely recommend for any whiskey drinker.

I don't believe this is 90+proof, it tastes too watered down. Unremarkable with not much body. Does not hold a candle to actual bourbon. I'm from Texas and not proud our state name is on the bottle.

Hasn’t changed much. Good not great. Sharp and hot. Nutty, vanilla.

Almost beats you over the head with sweetness. No complexity or character you’d expect for 90 proof. A couple drops of water did make it more reasonable.
