7 Dials London Dry Gin
London Dry Gin
7 Dials // England
The London Gin Club was founded in March 2012 by gin fans who wanted a place to enjoy their favorite spirit. It is based in the Star cafe in Soho, London. In September 2012, they released their own gin named after the 7 Dials, an intersection between the St.
Giles and Soho neighborhoods where seven roads meet, forming a seven point star. This area was home to many gin pubs during the 1700s. Coincidentally, this gin is made with seven botanicals: juniper, cardamom, coriander, angelica, sweet clementine, marshmallow root, and almond.
