Tasting Notes
"The nose is grain-forward across the bourbon's mashbill, with green malt and corn grits, as well as barrel char, dark chocolate, and caramel. The palate veers into a dry direction, with salty, roasted peanuts in shells, black pepper, cloves, cinnamon, and honey. On the finish, find blueberry syrup and vanilla extract, as well as tannic oak, cassia oak, wintergreen, and leather."
