Aberfeldy 12 Year

It's fine, not my first pick for scotch. I really don't get a whole lot of notes, just really woody to me. Adding a couple of drops of water make it kind of musty?

Would probably be a decent whisky if it was bottled at 46%. Comes across like the spindly-legged kid brother of Clynelish.

Perhaps a different time feom my first tasting … for the price point a very smooth single malt.
