Tasting Notes
"Opens up on soft notes of honey and ripe apple parts. There’s a touch of bung cloth, as well as Maraschino cherries and cocoa powder. The fruitiness remains the dominant aroma though. The palate displays a nice viscosity and initial sweetness, highlighted by candied apricots, honey comb and fudge, as well as a touch of kirsch liqueur. Surprisingly full-bodied despite its low abv. The wine influence is present without completely overtaking the spirit."
