Alfred GIRAUD Harmonie French Malt Whisky
Blended Malt
Alfred GIRAUD // France
Alfred GIRAUD French Malt Whiskies are made with sourced French malt whiskies as well blending in their own grain-to-glass malts. For Harmonie, it begins with two unpeated French single malt distillates matured in three types of casks: extra-old cognac, new French Limousin oak, and American oak. Then the blended malt is matured in extra-old cognac casks for a period of time.
Next the blended malt has a lightly peated single malt added before being recasked in extra-old cognac casks again. It is bottled without chill-filtration at 46.1% ABV.
