Alpine Gin

Really well balanced gin. Fruity, but not floral. On the spectrum between a traditional dry gin and a floral, it’s about smack in the middle.

Strong juniper and lemon peel nose. The main flavor players are black pepper, lemon peel and anise. Thick on the palate, lingering taste of black pepper and ocean water. Small finish of mint.
