American Barrels Bourbon

Nose: dry erase board cleaner, windshield washer fluid, urinal cake. Palate: blah. Ethanol and a bit of corn. Nah.

Cool bottle but the bourbon is thin, simple and almost tasteless. Just some faint oak and corn.

Surprisingly good flavor and smooth.

Not much of a nose, caramel and vanilla, slight ethanoly aftertaste

Oof. Hard to call this a bourbon. Closer to just straight un-aged corn wiskey. Loads of ethanol throughout, and has the slightest cream taste on the tail, but the 75% corn mashbill quickly washes it away. Could be good if it was aged just a few more years. Cool bottle at least
