One of three expressions in the Ampersand collection from Foley Family Wines & Spirits, crafted by Master Distiller Chip Tate. Vinea blends 75% eight year old American rye whiskey with 25% nine year old grain spirit made from 100% corn and aged in XO Cognac casks. Inspired by the traditions of blended Scotch, the expression combines grape and grain with French oak influence from the Cognac casks complementing the rye's spice and sweetness.
Bottled non-chill filtered at 92 proof. Limited to 8,500 bottles, available beginning November 2025. (SRP $59).
