This single malt sources its barley from the Himalayas and ages the whisky at an altitude of over 3,000 feet above sea level in Bangalore. In this climate, the angels take way more than their share as up to 15% abv of the whisky is lost per year.
Single MaltDistilled in pot stills from 100% malted barley, produced at one distillery, aged in barrels; if Scotch or Irish, must be aged for at least three years.

"The nose is full of honeyed toast with the tasting profile moving more towards barrel spices. The malt is dark and pleasantly bitter with notes of cinnamon, vanilla, and cooked yellow fruits. More bitter wood tannins come in to wrap things up. "
