anCnoc's Bricks is the 3rd release of limited edition whiskies with a label designed by Scottish-born illustrator, Peter Arkle. The label depicts that even in the peace and majesty of a whisky distillery, there is danger ready to spread at a moment’s notice. The Bricks whisky is non-chill filtered with no added coloring. It is bottled at 46% abv and has no age-statement.

Tasting Notes

"Delicate honey and vanilla calmly wafts off the top off the Bricks, being followed by apples dusted with a citrus rind. Soft toffee and ginger notes appear gently at the end of the nose, spreading lightly out of the glass. The palate is sweet and emulates the nose with more honeyed vanilla moving atop orange rind. There is a small earthen and gentle smoke influence, just skirting the taste buds. The flavor moves to new wood before a tart, medium finish with dried nuts and wooded vanilla."
