Angostura Aromatic Bitters

This is great in lots of things.

I've recently discovered how delicious this is mixed just with soda water. Nose is spicy orange and grapefruit peel, cinnamon and allspice All of the notes of a complex amaro, with bitterness, spicyness and bright citrus. I've always loved this in my old fashioneds, but now realize how great it is on it's own. A few dashes in some soda and you have the perfect drink for those nights that you need to (not want to) be "a responsible adult".

The only bitters I ever use for a Manhattan or Old Fashioned. Along with Luxardo cherries an absolute must for any home bar.
