Ansac VS Cognac

A very serviceable grape spirit. Great for cocktails, cooking, and drinking straight. Floral on the nose, lightly buttery with caramel notes on the palate with a mildly sweet finish.

Pleasant grape smell that leads to a subtle grape taste. Smooth. Admittedly I know little of cognacs, but I believe this is a good start.

Vanilla, red grapes, and dusty wet cardboard in a good way. Berries, vanilla and cream. A nice intro cognac.
