Appleton Estate Rare Blend 12 Year Rum

Solid sipper. Funky bourbon kind of nose. Dark fruit, caramel, woody palate.

Maybe it’s because I’m a bourbon drinker, or maybe it’s because I need to let it open up, but this smelled and tasted like expo marker. I really, sincerely wanted to enjoy it but it not sure if I will.
