WhiteDistilled from a cereal mash bill comprised of any grain(s). Generally unaged except in the US, where it must age at least briefly in oak for an unspecified amount of time. Sometimes sold as "moonshine" although that is a misnomer.

Tasting Notes
"The first introduction to this whiskey is corn, followed by a sour/salty scent. As it sits, a light peppermint note appears. Flavor-wise, this is more than meets the initial nose. The taste is much more savory than expected and somewhat oily with a hint of banana. It's creamy going down with a touch of heat--nice to see a white whiskey not taste rougher than it should at 80 proof."
