Lovely smoky flavours but the wee dram I tasted wasn't enough to experiment fully with dilution. It's perfectly drinkable neat but a few drops of water revealed more complexity. An aftertaste for bacon lovers.
Salty/sweet at first (corn flakes?), which is surprising for a whisky this peaty. That initial taste turns into smoke and heavy peat, then finishes with some nice heat. I love this!
