Smoked meat, fumes, spices, nicely warm sensation.

Flavorful. Sweet.

The nose has wonderfully strong smoke and peat notes, with an underlying hint of charcoal and wood. The palette starts off surprisingly sweet, with notes of honey and vanilla, before transitioning to warm smoke. The finish stays smokey and just sightly bitter, but very smooth.
