If you like your whisky peaty then look no further. The taste of Islay. Plenty of smke and brine, with a sweetness and complexity to compliment.

Nose- Heavy peat, sea salt, bacon with brown sugar, honey Palate- cigar ash, peat smoke, bacon, sea salt, citrus, brown sugar, honey Finish- long, creamy finish of peat smoke, cigar ash and spice Too much cigar ash for me. I’m all for peat, but this one isn’t doing it for me. Pretty simple nose. Cigar ash is dominating the palate for me. The finish is the saving grace, with that ash developing into a creamy mouthfeel of peat and spice

good but misses the sherry from uigedail still oily and peaty
