Tasting Notes
"The nose is like a fudge brownie (with walnuts) left overnight by the site of a beach bonfire next to a glass of pineapple juice. The palate holds much of that flavor profile — sweet smoke, tropical fruit (particularly pineapple and papaya), cocoa fudge, roasted walnuts, mixed with notes of briny seaweed. The finish is has a sweet-savory, vinegar-like tang (like barbecue sauce or very sweet tomato sauce), with a hint of baked ham mingling with an under-current of kelp and firewood. "
