Tasting Notes
"The nose opens with all brine and iodine in front of a softer peat smoke, stewed fruits, dark chocolate, and a bright hint of lemon zest. The palate offers simmering campfire with gooey burnt smores, clover honey, date syrup, and bitter-tannic green tea. The finish is lengthy, with phenols shifting to asphalt and rubber, seawater, oak, soil, and caramel cream candies."
