The Illicit Stills is made with both heavily-peated, medium-peated, and unpeated malt, while also being aged in American oak barrels. The bottle comes packaged inside a hollowed out book.

Tasting Notes
"A creamy aroma at first, accompanied by lemon zest and lime. The peat is subtle, but definitely there. Some sweeter elements also, like butter, vanilla and apricots. The palate is spicy (chili peppers) and fairly peaty, with a hint of rubber. Some canned peaches provide sweeter notes. A very convincing expression."
