The mash bill consists of 70% malted barley and 30% unmalted barley grown on a sixth-generation family farm in County Louth, Ireland. The spirit is triple distilled in Vendome copper pot stills and matured in new charred American white oak barrels before bottling at 49% ABV (98 proof).
