Tasting Notes
"The cachaça provides a light, fruity aroma augmented by the smell of fresh-cut cane and a hint of mint. On the palate it provides the sweet flavors of bananas, cooked breadfruit, and mango. The smoky wood introduces a bit of allspice that highlights the mineral notes you find at the finish."
