Azuñia Black Tequila
This expression is made at Rancho Miravalle distillery in Los Valles de Jalisco (NOM 1426) from from 100% blue Weber agave that is cooked in clay ovens and fermented in stainless steel tanks before distillation in copper pot stills. It is matured a minimum 2 years in American white oak barrels ex-bourbon barrels.
It is bottled (each signed and numbered by Master Distiller Salvador Rivera Cordona) at 40% ABV. Additive free.
